Jakub Tomes has been a part of the Alicja Bień & Alicja Tarkowska Law Firm since 2017. He completed his legal apprenticeship under the patronage of Alicja Bień. In May 2022 he passed the bar exam, and in September 2022 he took the oath as an attorney.
He provides day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs, in particular from the production and BPO sectors.
He works in Polish, English, and Spanish.
Sybilla Graczyk has been working with international, English-speaking clients for over 20 years.
She works with the companies in their day-to-day activities, to protect their interests and comply with the laws and regulations in force. She also assists them before regulatory offices, such as the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Office of Electronic Communications. She advises in the telecommunication sector, among others.
She cooperates with the Educational Entrepreneurship Foundation. In cooperation with the Association of Polish Consumers and the Consumers Foundation, he conducts training courses for consumer advocates, consumers, and entrepreneurs.
She works in Polish, English, and Russian.
Bartłomiej Zgorzelski – founder of BZB Projekt – a multi-disciplinary design studio, comprehensively implements cubature and infrastructure projects, specializing in analyzing administrative and technical risks for construction investments in all sectors.
Active participant in the process of creating the New Center of Łódź, highly involved in the revitalization process of the City of Łódź, an advocate of sustainable development of urban areas and blue-green infrastructure, an active participant in the process of creating the Central Transport Hub of Poland – CPK.
Member of the Construction Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Council of the Technical University of Łódź. He devotes his free time to building an active business community in Łódź.

Roksolana Dobriańska is a third-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz.
Together with our team, she creates content for social media channels related to Polish law for Ukrainian and Russian speakers and provides legal assistance for them.
She works in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
Aleksandra Olbryk holds a master's degree in Polish law and degrees in French law from the University of Tours and the University Grenoble Alpes. She works as a lawyer specializing in French-speaking client services.
Simultaneously she is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Lodz Doctoral School of Social Sciences focused on digital and environmental consumer law.

Alicja Tarkowska

Alicja Bień has been working with international, French, or French-speaking clients for over 20 years, helping them to better understand the legal environment in Poland. She carries out numerous consultancy assignments for major groups in different sectors. She helps them develop a strategy for the Polish market. She accompanies them from the decision to set up a company right through to operational maturity.
She works with the companies in their day-to-day activities, to protect their interests and comply with the laws and regulations in force. She assists them with transformation projects. She advises in the real estate, aeronautics, energy, medical, and BPO sectors, among others.
Experienced and a graduate of several universities, she consults international companies with their strategic projects.
She works in Polish, English, French, and Russian.
Alicja Tarkowska holds a master's degree in Polish law and is a graduate of the French Law School of the University of Tours. For more than 10 years she has worked as a lawyer in a multinational law firm. She has been an advocate since 2019. Since 2023 she has been a partner of Alicja Bień & Alicja Tarkowska Law Firm.
From the very beginning of her career, she has worked with foreign companies established in Poland, particularly with French groups. She advises in the real estate, aeronautics, energy, medical, and BPO sectors, among others.
Simultaneously she pursues her scientific career, teaching civil law at the University of Lodz and preparing her doctoral thesis in intellectual property law.
She works in Polish, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
